Westside Skylights is based in West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. We are a division of Wismer & Mathieson Projects Ltd. a long standing building envelope specialist company incorporated in 1992. We are WCB registered, carry $ 5m insurance, and are members of the BBB. We understand all aspects of exterior wall and roof construction, thermal components, and weatherproofing. Our Okanagan Skylight Team includes certified journeyman tradespersons and apprentices with extensive building envelope experience. Not only can we completely address all weatherproofing aspects of our skylight installations but we can address structure, thermal continuity, and interior finishing of skylight curbs, wells, and roof openings. We can guarantee water/weathertight integration of you new skylight with any roof system you may have: sheet metal, asphalt shingle, tile, or membrane.
