I talked to another company for a quote and Skylight Pros were much more reasonable. The installers were great, helping me figure out the best areas to place the sun tunnels to give the best light for each space. It has made such a huge difference to our home. We often think we left a light on, but it is just the sun tunnels. Would hire again if we decide to put in additional tunnels.

The skylight has added visual and temperature comfort to the master suite in my home. The installation was done promptly and very respectful of my exterior and interior spaces: I didn’t have any extra cleaning! The warranty is very comprehensive. Let's start with how quick and friendly everyone at Skylight Pros are (very professional). Elizabeth set me up with a quick date to evaluate, responded with a quote and the team were able to install, all within approximately a month. When changing my cheap plastic bubble for a quality triple pane skylight, they discovered a messy situation that caused some of the drywall to crumble. This was not their doing or fault and yet they wanted to make sure I was happy. So with some thought and a couple visits, Derek came up with a cosmetic solution that is perfect. They didn't even charge for all their extra time or trim! Now we've had a few cold blasts, I can say they are the best investment I've made in a while. As an added bonus, if cost is what's holding anyone back from the same investment, Skylight Pros were half the price of others (I learned many other companies book and charge, then subcontract Skylight Pros, so go directly to the best installers and save the money)!

Skylight Pros responded quickly and efficiently to my request for assistance. Our skylight was stuck in the open position. They were very patient with our situation and went out of their way to help us contact with the manufacturer. I highly recommend their services.

I contacted Skylight Pros due to hail damage in 2025. Derrick came out within 24 hrs to assess the damage to our skylight. And he temporarily repaired the damage that occurred. Skylight Pros arrived on time and gave us a very acceptable price on replacement of our existing skylights that had been damaged by hail. Four days later, the new skylights were installed and the installer even took the time to examine our roof for additional signs of hail damage. We are really happy with the skylight install we had, it's been amazing and has opened up our space with light and a nice breeze, cooling our upstairs nicely. That said, what we really liked about Skylight Pros is the amazing level of customer service, with prompt callbacks and excellent communication.
