Had a great and extremely easy experience with Nick and his team in replacing my roof. Paul, the project manager, was always available and was a reassuring liaison throughout the process. They also installed skylights that look great, including the interior finish from their in-house specialist.

My experience with this company was fantastic. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The team was on time every day and had the roof completed on schedule. In addition to completing a full new roof, they sided two Dormers, took down 3 chimneys and removed a skylight. Lots of follow ups during the job to advise of how the day went and what to expect the following day. We had rain a few days but as soon as the rain stopped they were back on task. Totally impressed. On job completion my warranty paperwork was completed and sent to me in one business day. They can drop you samples or you can go to the office and look at the huge selection. I would without a doubt recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone looking for a roof done correctly, timely and very reasonably priced.

Platinum Roofing replaced our skylights and redid our roof. They were responsive from the first call, showed up on time, and did the entire job in 1 day! Would recommend this company!

We decided to contact Platinum Roofing after observing their excellent work at a neighbour's house. We received an appointment the same week for our estimate. Sean Mahon (sales manager) provided a detail review of roofing material options, with product brochures, samples and warranties, along with copies of Platinum Roofing's trade license and liability insurance. We received a detailed written estimate outlining all work and materials. When our roof showed signs of deteriorating sheathing, we were moved up in scheduling. Paul Lawson (project manager) assessed the entire roof, showed us pictures of roofing issues, and returned for a post-work inspection. He even painted one of our metal vents chocolate brown to match the new materials. The work crews for both our roof replacement and evestroughs/downspouts were excellent, including attention to property protection and clean-up. Throughout the work, Denise Forget (office manager) was friendly, kept us informed, and sent us both e-mail and hard copies of all estimates and receipts. We have had two major storms with no leaks from our new roof, skylight or vents, and excellent drainage from our new, properly installed evestroughs and re-aligned downspouts. We highly recommend Platinum Roofing for their excellent workmanship and their skilled, professional and friendly staff and crews.

We just had a new roof and skylight installed by Platinum Roofing and we couldn't be happier. Denise, the office manager, was always a pleasure to deal with, and answered all questions we had. Paul, the project manager, was also very responsive, answered all our questions, and gave us confidence that the job would be well done. The crew arrived just before I left for work, and when I came home, I had a brand new roof, with no evidence of them being there! My house was spotless, and any and all construction debris was cleaned up. And, their prices are very reasonable! I would definitely recommend Platinum Roofing.

We could not be more pleased with the beautiful job done by Platinum Roofing. From the estimate to the final clean-up, they were friendly, professional, extremely competent and hard-working. In fact, the crew worked very hard on the hottest day of the year. They removed our unused chimney, replaced a skylight, and added a roof-line vent that has already made a big difference to the attic ventilation. All materials used were top-grade, and the roof is guaranteed for 50 years. We would highly recommend them.

We had Taylor's crew at Platinum roofing & Exteriors replace our roof and add two sun tunnels this week. First off the workmanship was top notch, great attention to detail and we can notice a huge change to the temperature in the upper floor of our house with the installation of solar fans to help with airflow on our mansard roof. Taylor was great in explaining everything, walking through pictures to detail exactly which plywood boards needed replacing and helping with the sun tunnel placement. Paul helped to plan our long-term maintenance plan and helped answer all my questions. Finally, the crew were polite, left a clean job site and worked hard throughout the day to get a big job done in a day. Nothing but great things to say.
