Straight Arrow did my roof a few years ago. They did an excellent job and left the property spotless. I recently had a small issue with a cap and they came out and repaired. I would highly recommend this company. Reliable, efficient and excellent staff!!!

I called Straight Arrow Roofing for a small flashing repair and I'm very happy with their work. They were able to get someone out the same week and pointed out another issue I didn't know about, but that I'm glad to have been informed about. They quickly came up with a couple solutions and got everything fixed the same day. Some roofers just lay counter flashing flat against the brick and only use caulking but straight arrow does it properly and cuts a groove into the mortar of the brick to tuck it into. I plan to call them back when it's time to consider replacing my roof.

We wanted to rule out a possible leak in our roof vent boot resulting in sum water leakage in our bathroom. Terry took the time to come out on a busy Friday afternoon. He inspected the area in question and found the boot to be in proper working order. He was polite, knowledgeable and offered advice on how to ensure we never have a problem leak with that particular roof vent boot. He also provided advice on how to keep moss from forming on our shingles. Suffice to say when our roof expires we will be calling Terry.

If I could I would give Straight Arrow Roofing Company 10 stars. They replaced my shingled roof as well as my gable flat roof. This company is 'The Gold Standard ' of roofing. Joel is educated and very knowledgeable about roofing systems. He is able to point out potential problems in a roofs structure to his customers before they happen. Impressed with his crew and their workmanship and attention to detail. They looked professional in their black hoodies displaying the company logo. Its is impressive to see roofing companies evolve and use the latest computer technology to measure pitch of the roof, and take before and after photos to assist the customer .Up until now I never thought I would hear of a 40 -50 year roof. Joel communicated the details very professionally while explaining all the work required for my unusual roof, which included a flat roof area around the chimney, a regular roof, an addition with a slight slope and an mansard. During the installation, Joel took pictures and kept me in the loop. The work was completed as contracted and the site was cleaned well. I cant say enough good things about Joel and his team. From start to finish these guys are all top quality professional roofers. They did a fantastic job on my roof, especially considering the heat wave we had been going through. Stop! If you need a roof this is the company hands down. I am a contractor and used many roofers in my day and no one compares. They came and replaced my personal roof and did an amazing job, not only was it inspected afterword by the crew, the owner came by and double checked every single inch and did another magnet sweep and normal sweep around the entire property. This company is honest about materials and prices, he is very competitive and you get more than what you pay for.

We were very happy with our experience with Straight Arrow! They responded to us quicker than any other roofing company. They came within two weeks when all other roofing companies said 4 weeks or longer. I don't write reviews... ever! But this time I had to. I had repairs done to my roof by Joel and his expert team at Straight Arrow Roofing after a wind storm took-off a chunk of shingles. From the time I called his office, the communication was quick and courteous. The workers arrived the next day and completed the work efficiently and with quality workmanship. While they were on my roof, they identified a deficiency left by the previous contractor and fixed it without any extra cost. They showed me before and after pictures and I was more than satisfied with their work. Their attention to detail and courteous demeanor were very much appreciated. They cleaned-up all the old shingles and nails, leaving my property clean, as if they had never been there. Great work gentlemen - When I need a full roof replacement, you will be my only call!

Straight Arrow Roofing was a great experience from start to finish. Joel was professional and went above and beyond in both preparing me for what was to happen as well as during clean up. My driveway was left cleaner than when they started (truthfully, cleaner than it's ever been). Process was straight forward. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but for Straight Arrow Roofing, I really felt the need to share my experience. I recently called around looking for help cleaning and repairing my eaves-troughs. I know cleaning troughs would be considered a "small job", and certainly not urgent.. but when I called Straight Arrow Roofing, I was treated like a VIP customer. I spoke with the owner, Joel. He was able to quote the job right over the phone, just by checking Google Earth. That saved me having to be home for both the quote, and the actual repair job. I was SUPER surprised to get a call from the Straight Arrow crew the very next day, ready to do the cleaning and repair. The entire crew was professional and courteous. They cleaned and repaired my troughs, quickly (which one would expect), but these guys left my house and property cleaner than when they came. Gone were the pine needles that always overflowed from my troughs. If that was the last time I saw Straight Arrow, I would have been more than satisfied. What really blew my mind was a few days later, Joel actually came to my house to review his teams work, and make sure I was happy with their service. I mean, they cleaned my troughs... a small job... and here the owner of the business was at my house making sure I was happy with the work his team did. Our roof is 9 years old and was done by a different company other then Straight Arrow Roofing . I wish i would have had Straight Arrow Roofing do our roof. Joel did a great job fixing our roof. Called Joel after a windstorm damaged some of our shingles. He came over as promised and inspected the damage and the shape of the rest of our roof. He is very honest and did not try to sell us a whole roof. He said that the roof was still in good condition and he could fix what was damaged and there would be no need to redo the entire roof. We agreed to have it fixed upon his recommendation. Joel came back and repaired the damage along with taking care of some other problems from the previous installers work. I would recommend Straight Arrow Roofing to anyone who wants excellent quality work.

I had a great experience with Straight Arrow Roofing. I'm not very knowledgeable on the topic of roofing but these guys explained everything I asked about clearly. I was given multiple solutions to fix my issue and the pros and cons of each option were discussed to determine the right fix for me. They showed up at the agreed upon time and did an excellent job. Straight Arrow Roofing just completed my roof on February 28th, 2018. The owner, Joel was professional, informative and provided great communication through out the process. He uses the best materials, personally ensures the smallest of details are attended to and was outstanding at keeping me informed throughout the process. Although my property is in Kitchener ,I selected Joel to handle my roofing job.I suspected we could be in for a challenge ,as the building dates to 1927 and has had many owners in that time.Suspicions were verified when Joel called to inform me of not 1 but 3 extra layers of Shingles ,and Cedar Shake that now needed removing .In most cases ,this would have been a deal breaker ,but Joel and his boys toiled through 3 days of heat ,and challenges ,I was very impressed.I would not hesitate to recommend Straight Arrow Roofing ,thanks Joel and Crew!
