We are Donnelly Skylights.

Donnelly Skylights did a very good job of replacing our skylights but they did not finish the project they agreed to do and will not tell me if and when they will finish the agreed upon project. I left this same comment on their Facebook page and now they have blocked me. I am concerned that a company with such a seemingly good reputation blocks a very honest and balanced review by a customer.

The owner Larry was super responsive and helpful! Providing good advice to trouble shoot a leaking skylight. In this instance I was able to repair on my own (roof flashing vs the skylight) with his help vs the business just saying no and just trying to make a service call. I’ll use Donnelly Skylights again!

Installation went well. Unfortunately the seal was allowing flies to enter the tunnels. Donnelly Skylights has addressed the problem and were very professional and personable while in our home.

The service was extremely quick , Sharon in the office was very delightful to talk to from the phone call, to the office to the finished installation all in one day more then happy . Joe was very informative and competent. HIghly recommend Donnelly skylights to everyone. Norm and Gail Nanaimo

I had a sun tunnel installed, so impressed with this company!! Did an amazing job, prompt service. So happy with the results! Thankyou

I'm delighted with the difference the sun tunnel has made; our upstairs landing used to be dark with only light filtering in from the bedrooms to illuminate, and now the natural light from the hallway filters into the bedrooms. The light output is soft in the mornings and evenings, this picture is mid-day with the sun overhead, it's a dramatic difference. Donnelly did a great job, the tunnel was cut perfectly center to the stairwell, took less than 3 hours and they vacuumed on the way out the door. I'd recommend a sun tunnel and Donnelly to anyone.

We had insects getting into our sun tunnel (just a bad seal). I couldn't remove the cover plate, so I called Donnelly. Not only was the crew that came out prompt and friendly, but they resealed try sun tunnel from the outside as well, to double up on the protection. Highly recommend them.

I had 4 Sun Tunnels installed (not sure if I am supposed to mention how much I paid or not?). It did cost enough that I was up a few nights, and awake early a few mornings wondering if the cost would be worth it. The workers showed up on time (I am sorry I am terrible with names). They explained the order that they would be working in, explained/described tools that I asked about. Answered all questions I had throughout the process and tolerated me walking around their worksite (my home) and talking to them to ask more questions. They encountered a hiccup (waterlines in the ceiling) the fix was quick, I was notified of the steps and we picked a new location together. 3 of the Sun Tunnels make such a difference I truly regret not taking a before and after. 1 Sun Tunnel, installed in a room with an okay sized window on one side and a sliding glass door on the other, a room filled with natural light. My partner and I can't believe how much light it fills the room with. With thought it might be a dusk and dawn we might regret it thing. We love all 4. To be clear, if I win the lottery. I would hire this company, these wonderful people to install so many of these things in my new house people it would describe it as excessive.
